Timloc Invisiweep
The almost-invisible, multi-function wall weep for discharging water from external walls. Suited for use with the Timloc cavity tray system, over external lintels and on external masonry walls. Invisiweep has numerous patent-pending innovative features, including a venturi effect outlet tube that reduces water pressure, allowing for optimal drainage.
Manthorpe Dual Extended Underfloor Vent (G965)
The G965 Dual Extended Telescopic Underfloor Void Ventilator is designed to provide a clear airflow passage to a void beneath an insulated suspended floor.  
Manthorpe Circular Soffit Vents (G700)

Manthorpe Extension Sleeve (G961)

Manthorpe Weep Vents (G950)
The Manthorpe G950 Weep Vent is used to drain lintels, cavity trays and to ventilate cavity walls. The product can be slotted between two bricks and mortared into position. It provides an unobtrusive ventilation or drainage point for the cavity behind.
Manthorpe Roll Formed Eaves Vent

Manthorpe Airbrick (G930)
The Manthorpe G930 Airbrick has been designed to provide high levels of ventilation into cavity walls and underfloor voids. The 9" x 3" brick is stackable and can be joined together to create larger vent openings.
Manthorpe Refurbishment Weep Vent (G952)
The G952 has been designed to provide retrospective ventilation to cavity walls where no or an insufficient amount of Weep Vents have been used.
Manthorpe Remote Void Vent (G962)
